Example 8 from Algebra and Trigonometry, 3.7 Inverse Functions
Find the inverse of the function f(x)=2x−3+4.
Work it out on paper first. Then open the solution one step at a time, and stop as soon as you can finish on your own.
So f−1(y)=2y−4+3 or f−1(x)=2x−4+3.
How did it go?
